The Government and public sector transactions services is part of EY's Government & Public Sector (GPS) Services which is a network of highly skilled professionals from assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, devoted to serving the government and public sector organizations and institutions.

The practice combines private sector leading practice with an understanding of the public sectors diverse needs, focused on delivering improved public services. Government and public sector transactions services, sits under EYs Transaction Advisory Services practice, a market-leading, multi-disciplinary team, working with leading businesses across a range of industries.



This practice is in a unique position to deliver implementable strategies given the firms sector depth, transaction perspectives, and operational insights.

The practice provides experience working with various sectors such as, Transport, Social & Health care, Education, Urban & Infrastructure, Economic Development Advisory , Water waste & Sanitation, Power & Utilities and Public Finance & Management.

SaT - TCF - Infrastructure Advisory :

Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Demonstrated consulting expertise in infrastructure advisory, with the ability to analyze sector-specific project requirements and develop structured recommendations. Strong understanding of tourism sector dynamics, including demand drivers, stakeholder needs, and infrastructure planning considerations. Proficient in conducting market, financial, and project feasibility analyses to support advisory engagements. Experienced in preparing data-driven reports, presentations, and client-ready deliverables for infrastructure and tourism-related projects. Ability to apply general consulting methods to assess project viability, identify risks, and support execution planning in advisory assignments.

- Master of Architecture
- Bachelor of Architecture

Experience

- 3 years of experience
