We are looking for a proactive and responsible CRM Executive to manage end-to-end dealer communication from order booking to delivery and post-sales service support. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing communication with dealers for all booked orders, ensuring timely updates on delivery, logistics, and vehicle registration status. They will also act as the single point of contact for service coordination, issue resolution, and maintaining high dealer satisfaction throughout the delivery and after-sales journey.
Preferred Candidate :
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills
- Proficient in Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, Email
- CRM handling and service resolution mindset
- Polite yet assertive customer handling
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Must know how to write and speak the Bengali language & English & Hindi languages too.
