Role Overview

Lyor is looking for a commercially astute and relationship-driven professional to lead the acquisition of premium residential properties for its managed homes portfolio.
The role involves identifying suitable properties, evaluating their commercial potential, building trusted relationships with landlords and negotiating mutually beneficial lease transactions. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales ability, market intelligence, business judgement and a polished professional presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire residential properties aligned with Lyor''s portfolio strategy and customer demand.
- Evaluate properties based on location, quality, rental potential, commercial viability and market suitability.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and present Lyor's value proposition effectively.
- Understand landlord expectations and address concerns through consultative and solution-oriented conversations.
- Negotiate rentals, deposits, lock-in periods, escalations and other commercial terms.
- Conduct market research and track rental trends,



property supply, pricing and micro-market opportunities.
- Maintain a structured acquisition pipeline and ensure timely closure of suitable opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate due diligence, documentation and property onboarding.

Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in consultative sales, business development, acquisitions or relationship management.
- Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to evaluate high-value opportunities.
- Confident and polished skilled presence.
- Ability to build trust and establish rapport with senior and discerning stakeholders.
- Analytical, organized and disciplined in managing multiple opportunities.
- Comfortable travelling extensively across Delhi NCR.
- Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
