The Government and public sector transactions services is part of EY's Government & Public Sector (GPS) Services which is a network of highly skilled professionals from assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, devoted to serving the government and public sector organizations and institutions.

The practice combines private sector leading practice with an understanding of the public sectors diverse needs, focused on delivering improved public services. Government and public sector transactions services, sits under EYs Transaction Advisory Services practice, a market-leading, multi-disciplinary team,



working with leading businesses across a range of industries. This practice is in a unique position to deliver implementable strategies given the firms sector depth, transaction perspectives, and operational insights.

The practice provides experience working with various sectors such as, Transport, Social & Health care, Education, Urban & Infrastructure, Economic Development Advisory , Water waste & Sanitation, Power & Utilities and Public Finance & Management.

SaT - TCF - Infrastructure Advisory

Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework, we work with clients to find answers to todays toughest strategic, financial, operational and commercial questions. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support, we have the people, analytics and tools to better allocate capital. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Strong understanding of infrastructure advisory project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Proficient in applying general consulting methodologies to structure analysis, deliverables, and client engagements. Experienced in coordinating cross-functional workstreams and managing project dependencies across multiple stakeholders. Ability to prepare transparent project documentation, status reports, and presentation materials for advisory assignments. Capable of supporting data-driven decision-making through basic analysis, issue tracking, and risk/mitigation management.

Experience
- 10+ years
