Job Description:

We are hiring Business Development and Marketing Executive with 2-3yrs of experience. The ideal candidate should be a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong customer relationships, from the first contact until you close the deal and ensure good after-sales service. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Pitching & Identifying leads
- Develop relationships with prospective clients.
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
- Retain & engage clients with immediate query resolution, regular follow ups via calls & mails
- Generating quality leads using lead generation platforms/ digital platforms/email campaigns/ Cold Calling
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
- Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Creating and promoting our brand on all channels
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels-content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis, and much more.




- Conduct market research to identify and analyze different verticals of business for selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Achieve established team targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Co-ordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with customers
- Understand the exact needs of the high end customers and help them understand the various solutions and offerings
- Prepare demos and deliver appropriate presentations independently on products and services
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Desired Candidate Profile

- Candidate should possess an MBA in Marketing
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Dynamic personality with excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
- impeccable Influencing skills
- Proficiency in English
- Should have highly developed all round interpersonal skills
- rapid learner and passion for sales, self-motivated with a result driven approach.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Creativity and ingenuity in developing successful sales strategies
- Growth-oriented philosophy and ability to manage growth responsibly
- Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.
- Competent IT skills with a well-equipped knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google programs and social networking tools.
