Key responsibilities:

- Monitor network performance and system alertsusing various monitoring tools
- Perform routine network maintenance and updates
- IT / OT Network Segmentation &Troubleshooting;
- Document network issues and resolutions forfuture reference
- Assist in the implementation of network upgradesand recent technologies
- Provide support for network-related incidentsand outages
- Ensure compliance with company policies andindustry standards
- Backup & Restore: Monitoring / Auditing
- Service Requests (AD & M365)
- Basic Outside Business hours support for Apps(IE: LMS Time Tracking)
- Vulnerability Management

Mandatory skills:

- Excellent English communication skills (writtenand spoken)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware,and software (mainly Cisco, Checkpoint, NetScaler)




- Proven experience in network operations or asimilar role (3+ years)
- Participate in the on-call rotation with othermembers of the team to ensure support coverage for the global enterprisenetwork
- High-level proficiency with Cloud networking andvirtualization technologies
- Experience with backup solutions in anenterprise environment
- Basic knowledge about Microsoft Server OperatingSystems and good understanding of Active Directory and DNS services

Tools and Technical stack:

- CCNP-level practical experience with WirelessLAN and Network Management
- Checkpoint Firewall Management Knowledge
- VPN troubleshooting experience (Checkpoint,Citrix NetScaler).
