We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Design Associate to prepare architectural and fabrication drawings for doors, partitions, and wall systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in AutoCAD and a robust understanding of architectural detailing, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare architectural, shop, and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD.
* Develop detailed layouts, elevations, sections, and installation drawings.
* Coordinate with architects, project engineers, production, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.
* Review architectural drawings and convert them into detailed fabrication drawings.
* Revise drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and project requirements.
* Prepare material take-offs (MTO) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from approved drawings.
* Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and company standards.
* Maintain drawing revisions and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support manufacturing and installation teams by providing technical drawing clarifications.
