- Manage Workday Security Center, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential security risks in Workday HCM and Finance modules.
- Develop and implement effective incident response plans to minimize business disruptions in case of security breaches or system failures.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of Workday systems to ensure adherence to security best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 2.8-5 years of experience in IT services & consulting, preferably in a similar role.
- Robust understanding of Workday Security features such as access controls, authentication, authorization, encryption, identity management, risk assessment, vulnerability management etc. .
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
