About PERCH

PERCH is a growing fashion and lifestyle brand focused on delivering quality products through its D2C platform and online growth channels. We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Growth Manager to drive business growth, improve customer retention, and optimize our Shopify ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive growth across the D2C business with a focus on revenue, conversions, and repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with performance marketing agencies to optimize campaigns and improve sales outcomes.
- Plan and execute retention marketing campaigns through Email, WhatsApp, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage the Shopify website, including product uploads, landing pages, promotions, banners, and website updates.
- Monitor key business metrics such as website traffic, conversion rate, repeat customers, customer retention, and overall sales.
- Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.




- Work closely with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and improve execution.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and business planning.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce Growth, D2C, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify.
- Robust understanding of retention marketing.
- Experience coordinating with performance marketing agencies.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and ownership mindset.
- Graduate from a Tier 1 college preferred.
