Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage HVAC installation and site execution activities at laboratory and cleanroom projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, contractors, and other site teams.
- Ensure HVAC work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Check HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, and related installation work.
- Read and understand HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for smooth execution of site activities.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and coordinate with the project team for solutions.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies at the project site.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
- Be willing to travel and relocate to project sites anywhere in India as required.
