Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Field Service Network Engineer to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain networking and AV systems at customer sites. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support, perform preventive maintenance, conduct customer training, and ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Field Service & Technical Support

- Install, configure, and commission networking and AV equipment at customer locations.
- Review site requirements and prepare installation plans before deployment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software,



and network-related issues.
- Ensure successful installation and obtain customer acceptance after completion.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers.

Network Administration

- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Perform network upgrades, repairs, and optimization.
- Implement network security measures and best practices.
- Document network configurations, incidents, and changes.

Educational Qualification

- B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science, Electronics, IT, ECE)
- BCA or equivalent technical qualification
