Key Responsibilities
Design creative graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures,
packaging, and marketing campaigns.
Create high-quality static posts, carousels, reels, stories, and short-form videos for
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Shoot and edit product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content.
Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, festivals, and
promotional activities.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Design point-of-sale materials, banners, standees, flyers, and other offline marketing
collateral.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media trends,



and content formats.
Manage a monthly content calendar and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
Edit videos using motion graphics, transitions, animations, and text overlays.
Assist in product photography and photo editing for e-commerce and marketing
platforms.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After
Effects.
Experience with Canva and other design tools.
Strong knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
Good understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Basic photography and videography skills.
Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content
formats.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia,
or a related field.
24 years of experience in graphic design and content creation.
Experience working with FMCG, food & beverage, lifestyle, or consumer brands is
preferred.
A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, and video content is
mandatory.
