We are looking for experienced Data Architects / Senior Data Architects with deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Engineering, and Databricks to architect and deliver enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.

Role Overview

As a Data Architect, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of modern data platforms built on Microsoft Fabric and Azure. You will work closely with enterprise customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance Lakehouse and Data Warehouse solutions that power enterprise analytics and AI initiatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong architecture expertise, technical excellence, customer engagement, and mentoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect enterprise-scale Microsoft Fabric and Azure data platforms.
- Design end-to-end Lakehouse solutions using OneLake, Fabric Lakehouse, Fabric Warehouse, and Delta Lake.
- Build scalable ETL/ELT frameworks using Fabric Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, Spark Notebooks, Azure Data Factory, and PySpark.
- Design Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and metadata-driven ingestion frameworks.
- Develop enterprise data models using Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Dimensional Modeling, and Semantic Models.
- Define architecture standards for security, governance, monitoring, CI/CD, deployment, and operational excellence.
- Optimize Microsoft Fabric workloads for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Drive cloud modernization and migration initiatives from Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory,



Databricks, SQL Server, and legacy platforms to Microsoft Fabric.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish best practices for design, development, testing, and deployment.
