About the Role

The Incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth through the B2B channel network, managing relationships with key channel partners (MFDs) and will be responsible for other strategic alliances in Mumbai & Gujrat region. The Candidate will drive AUM growth and revenue budget through this B2B Channel for the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities





- Tie-ups and manage strong relationships with IFAs and key channel partners to maximize business opportunities across cities
- Drive AUM growth and revenue through effective partner engagement and business development initiatives
- Identify and on-board new MFDs and channel partners to expand market reach and distribution footprint
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and market updates to enhance partner knowledge and engagement
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (SEBI/AMFI) and internal compliance standards

Education & Certifications

- Post Graduate with MBA / Qualified Certification
- Knowledge of Financial products & Capital markets is mandatory
- All relevant NISM certifications
