Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Operations Leader to head the execution and delivery of Central Government consulting assignments across India. The role requires extensive experience in managing multiple government-funded projects, leading large cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and engaging with Ministries, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, and Multilateral Agencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead execution of multiple Central Government projects across India.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Lead project teams across multiple states with direct operational oversight.
- Coordinate with Central Ministries, Government Departments, PSUs, and donor agencies.
- Drive project governance, MIS reporting, risk management, and compliance.
- Monitor project financials, resource utilization, invoicing, and revenue realization.
- Standardize project management processes and reporting systems.
- Mentor project managers and strengthen operational performance.

Candidate Profile





Mandatory Experience

- 1218 years of experience in Project Operations, Program Management, or Project Delivery.
- Proven experience managing Central Government consulting projects.
- Experience handling multiple concurrent projects across different states.
- Strong stakeholder management with Ministries, Government Departments, and public institutions.
- Excellent leadership, planning, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
