Role Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing administrative and facility-related operations across:

- Branch, ATM, and Small Office Setups
- Overall Upkeep and Maintenance of Branch Facilities
- Infrastructure-related assignments and coordination of New Projects
- Maintenance and management of offsite ATM locations

The role will also involve:

- Managing vendor relationships and coordinating with landlords/property owners
- Ensuring smooth execution of repair and maintenance (R&M;) activities
- Maintaining branch hygiene, upkeep, and overall look & feel standards
- Building strong working relationships with branch teams and senior officials
- Monitoring day-to-day operations to ensure seamless facility management

Key Responsibilities

- Vendor management and negotiations with owners/service providers
- Effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Data tracking, analysis, and MIS reporting




- Ensuring compliance with administrative processes and service standards

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in a similar administrative or facilities management role, preferably in the banking or corporate sector
- Exposure to facility operations, infrastructure management, and project coordination
- Strong understanding of administrative procedures
- Willingness to travel across regional branches as required by the role

Key Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented approach

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate (mandatory)
- 23 years of relevant experience
- Background in administration/facility management will be an added advantage
