Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using NodeJS, Python, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and React.

Build Python-based AI pipelines to automate document processing and underwriting workflows.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate user needs into scalable, efficient code.

Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time functionality.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment to deliver high-quality, reliable software.

Contribute to architectural decisions, supporting the platform s scalability as we grow.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong proficiency in NodeJS, PostgreSQL, Python, and hand-on experience with React.

Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with cloud infrastructure, with AWS as a valuable bonus.

Strong understanding of backend development, including RESTful APIs, microservices,



and database design.

Experience with AI integrations is a plus, though not required.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced startup setting.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
