Designing and formatting of experimental andvalidation protocols for current and recent RD programs involving:

Instrumental methods of analyses such asHPLC, SDS-PAGE, Spectrometry and others (e.g. flow cytometry) Methoddevelopment and assay performance.

Immunochemical methods of analyses such asWestern blotting etc. Method development and/or assay performance.

Preparation of Buffers and solutionsrequired for QC testing. Analytical support in terms of processmonitoring, drug substance release and stability assessment.

Maintenance of RD/QC lab facility asper regulatory guidelines. Preparation of SOP, STP, specifications, CoAand other quality related documents.

Implementation of updated versions of alldocuments such as SOPs, formats and specifications and upkeep of all recordsrelated to quality control lab.





Prioritization of tasks and completion ofthose in a timely manner Take ownership.

Co-ordination of various activities in closeco-ordination with team members and with cross-functional teams Team work.

Any other RD activity as per emergentneed of the department and/or the organization.

Driving various activities with strictadherence of safety and environmental regulations of the organization.

Co-ordinate with Engineering for equipmentmaintenance related activities.
