Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the complete operations of our Eye 7 Hospital. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in an eye hospital and possess solid expertise in hospital operations, patient counselling, billing, floor management, revenue generation, Profit & Loss (P&L;) management, and overall business performance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, enhancing patient satisfaction, improving financial performance, and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Hospital Operations

- Manage the end-to-end operations of the Eye Hospital, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
- Oversee OPD, OT, Diagnostics, IPD, Optical, Pharmacy, Front Office, Billing, Counselling, and Patient Services.
- Ensure efficient patient flow, reduced waiting time, and an exceptional patient experience.
- Monitor counselling quality and improve consultation-to-surgery conversion rates through ethical practices.




- Ensure transparent communication of treatment plans, pricing, and payment options.
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure seamless coordination between departments.
- Monitor patient movement, appointment schedules, and service delivery standards.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain a patient-centric environment.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality of care.
- Take ownership of the hospital's Profit & Loss (P&L;) performance.
- Prepare and monitor operational budgets and financial forecasts.
- Drive revenue growth while controlling operational costs

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MHA/MBA Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management) preferred

Required Skill

- Mandatory experience in an Eye Hospital/Ophthalmology Hospital.
- Expertise in hospital billing, revenue cycle management, and collections.
- Hands-on experience in floor management and patient flow coordination.
- Proven experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L;) and operational budgets.
