Senior SEO Specialist (AI-Driven Organic Growth).

Were seeking a Senior SEO Specialist who can take charge of organic search performance in a landscape where AI-powered search experiences constantly evolve. You will lead end-to-end organic growth strategy , focusing on lead generation and measurable business impact, expertise in modern SEO tools, and a proven ability to drive organic lead generation in an AI-first search workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive organic lead generation through targeted keyword strategies enhanced with AI insights
- Conduct intent-focused keyword research for high-quality lead acquisition
- Optimize content to meet E-E-A-T standards and compliance requirements
- Boost page performance: Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, fast speed
- Improve rankings in AI-enhanced search experiences (AI Overviews, zero-click, voice search)
- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping.
- Optimize website architecture, on-page elements, and technical SEO aspects.
- Drive Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies by optimizing content for featured snippets, voice search, and zero-click searches.
- Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to enhance visibility across AI-driven platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Bing Copilot).
- Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits, including crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and website health.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Build and execute high-quality backlink acquisition strategies to improve domain authority and search visibility.




- Track SEO KPIs and prepare actionable performance reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates, AI-powered search trends, and evolving SEO best practices.
- Plan and execute blog promotion strategies to increase organic reach, user engagement, and website traffic.
- Monitor blog performance, traffic trends, and content effectiveness, recommending improvements based on data and search insights.
- Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors and generating new ideas for our business to get more traffic online
- Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps in our content or areas of improvement in our web design
- Monitoring website traffic, search results, and developing strategies
- Strong technical SEO expertise and data-driven decision making.
- Develop and promote SEO-optimized blog content to increase organic traffic, topical authority, and user engagement.
- Monitor content performance and continuously optimize existing pages based on analytics, search trends, and user behavior.
- Stay up to date with Google's algorithm updates, AI-driven search innovations, and the latest industry best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
