Position: Sr. Executive / Associate Lead HR Operations
Location: Noida (Onsite)
Experience: 5-8 Years (IT Services)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR Operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee queries, HR policies, grievances, perks, finance, and payroll-related concerns within defined SLAs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, surveys, feedback analysis, and improve onboarding and employee experience.
- Ensure timely closure of HR cases, employee retention initiatives, and continuous communication with employees.
- Drive HR process automation and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Support payroll accuracy,



HR reporting, cost optimization, probation management, PIP, PMS, and variable payout processes.
- Review and update HR policies, offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation to ensure compliance across all locations.
- Administer employee benefit programs and conduct regular employee awareness sessions on HR policies and benefits.
- Organize quarterly employee engagement initiatives and continuously upskill through learning and development programs.

Expertise Skills

- 5-8 years of HR Operations experience in an IT Services organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations, payroll, employee lifecycle, HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Experience with HRMS/HR tools and HR process automation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and ownership.
