Role Summary :

Umendra Exports Pvt Ltd. is hiring an Export Executive to own end-to-end export operations for personal care products and OTC ointments. This is a documentation-heavy, coordination-intensive role you'll be the operational backbone keeping shipments compliant, on schedule, and fully documented while staying aligned with banks, freight partners, and global buyers.

What You'll Own :

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare, verify, and manage all core export documents end-to-end: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Certificate, MSDS, and COA

Ensure full compliance with LC terms, DGFT, Customs, FEMA, and RBI regulations zero tolerance for documentation gaps

Handle export incentive schemes including RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, EPCG, and Advance License from application to realization

Logistics & Coordination

Coordinate directly with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters to keep shipments on track

Track every shipment end-to-end; catch delays before they escalate and communicate proactively with customers and internal teams

Arrange and oversee pre-shipment inspections as required

Banking & Financial





Submit and manage documents for LC negotiation and collection

Follow up systematically on export payment realization and BRC closure

Maintain audit-ready records without gaps or lags

Reporting & Internal Alignment

Keep ERP systems and export registers updated in real time; prepare MIS reports for management review

Coordinate daily with production, stores, quality, finance, and sales to keep shipment timelines intact

Lead and mentor a team of 25 people — set the operational standard, not just track it

Who We're Looking For :

Based in Delhi and available to work from our New Delhi office, on-site, full-time — this is not a remote or hybrid role

5+ years of hands-on export documentation and logistics experience, preferably in personal care, OTC, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG

Bachelor's or Master's in Commerce, International Business, Logistics, or a related field

Deep working knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, LC handling, and Indian export regulations (DGFT, FEMA, RBI)

Hands-on experience with ERP systems, MS Office, and export documentation tools

Comfortable holding multiple shipments simultaneously without letting details slip

Calm, reliable, and accurate — operationally sharp even when the information around you isn't.
