- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs.
- Define program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, QA, Operations, and Business teams.
- Drive program planning, prioritization, execution, and governance.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate technical and delivery risks.
- Monitor project health, budget, timelines, and resource utilization.
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve cross-functional blockers.
- Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to Agile, SDLC, DevOps, and quality practices.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful business outcomes.
- Support change management, release planning, and production readiness.

QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Technology Leadership.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent technology initiatives.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.

EXPERIENCE

- 10+ years of experience in the software industry,



with at least 5+ years in a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, large-scale software development programs from start to finish.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies (e.g., AWS), and modern architectural patterns like microservices.
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience leading teams in an agile environment.
- Proficient with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
- A technical background, such as a degree in Computer Science or prior experience as a software engineer, is highly preferred.
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant program management certifications are a significant plus.
- Experience in publishing and maintaining code/services in AWS.
- Experience in healthcare information technology is a plus.
