Job Title: Executive/Sr Executive/AM-Freight Forwarding (Sea Export)

Experience:2-5 years in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / International Supply Chain / B2B Sales

Location: Gurgaon

Workdays: 6 Days (2 Saturday off)

Time: General Day Shift

Reporting To: Freight Forwarding Sales Head

Travel: Yes (Within city and outstation customer visits)

Qualification: Any Postgraduate

Role Summary

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Freight Forwarding Sales will be responsible for driving recent business acquisition, developing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets by promoting Logistics' international freight forwarding solutions. The role requires expertise in B2B sales, freight forwarding operations, pricing, customer relationship management, and end-to-end shipment coordination across Air Freight, Sea Freight, Import, Export, Customs Clearance, and Domestic Transportation services.

The candidate will work closely with overseas offices, carriers, vendors, and customers to provide cost-effective logistics solutions while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Shipment Booking: Coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and transporters to secure container space and equipment.
- Documentation Management:



Prepare and verify critical export documents including Bills of Lading (MBL/HBL), Shipping Bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with customs regulations and destination-specific filings (e.g., AMS, ENS, ISF).
- Client Coordination: Provide regular milestone tracking updates, vessel schedules, and delay notifications to customers.
- Vendor Liaison: Collaborate closely with Customs House Agents (CHA), transporters, and port operations teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in ocean export operations within a freight forwarding or logistics environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of ocean freight terminology, FCL/LCL processing, and global Incoterms.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with freight forwarding software (e.g., Cargo wise One) and standard Microsoft Office tools.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to negotiate with carriers and manage client relations.
- Problem Solving: Ability to multitask and resolve operational bottlenecks (like port delays or customs holds) under pressure.
