Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview scheduling, salary negotiations, and offer roll-out.
- Ensure seamless onboarding, induction, and documentation of current employees.

2. Business Partnering

- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units.
- Partner with managers to address workforce planning and people-related challenges.
- Support organizational restructuring and manpower optimization initiatives.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Foster a positive work culture and enhance employee experience.

4. Performance Management

- Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.




- Support managers in performance discussions and employee development plans.
- Track confirmation and probation review processes.

5. HR Operations

- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRMS.
- Manage attendance, leave, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
- Coordinate exit interviews and Full & Final settlement processes.

6. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation

- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support HR audits and maintain documentation.
- Communicate HR policies and process updates across the organization.

7. HR Analytics & Reporting

- Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports.
- Track recruitment metrics, attrition, employee engagement, and HR KPIs.
