Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

Design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Configure Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Collaborate with development teams for customizations and integrations.

Conduct workshops, user training, and solution demonstrations.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical expertise, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant and Salesforce Administrator. Strong Salesforce Administration expertise, including: User Management, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Security Model Object & Field Configuration Validation Rules, Formula Fields, Record Types, Page Layouts,



Dynamic Forms, and Lightning App Builder Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled, and Autolaunched Flows)

Reports, Dashboards, List Views, and Productivity Features

Data Management using Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, Data Export, Duplicate Management, and Data Quality

Solid understanding of the Salesforce Data Model, Object Relationships, Schema Design, and Data Security

Experience with Change Sets, Sandbox Management, Deployment Best Practices, and

Release Management

Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Good understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integration concepts (REST/SOAP APIs).

Experience in gathering business requirements, process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder management.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Salesforce Certified Administrator is mandatory.

Salesforce Business Analyst Certification is preferred.

Additional Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
