•Understanding recruitment needs of various studies.
•Perform Registration and recruitment of participants (including field Recruitment).
• Coordinate and manage participant's visit for conduct of the trial.
•Develop the volunteer data bank.
Monitoring of all activities related to Screening & clinical studies.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Volunteer Recruitment for Clinical Trials is a must.
•Have a strong network to source volunteers.
•Able to work with minimal supervision
•Have a highly energetic, adaptable, and driven personality
