Customer Support Associate Non-Voice (Commercial Banking)for international process

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Shifts: Comfortable with any shifts (Ireland/UK/US)

Location: Indore, Chennai

Process: Commercial / Corporate Banking (Non Voice)

Role Summary: Provide non-voice customer support to commercial banking clients through email. Ensure accurate processing of service requests,

documentation checks, and issue resolution while meeting quality and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via email
- Process account servicing requests, transaction queries, and documentation verification




- Maintain accurate records and meet SLA targets for quality and turnaround time
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
- Skills & Qualifications:

- Solid communication and analytical skills
- Good understanding of commercial banking products and workflows
- Bachelors degree in business/finance/commerce preferred
