Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with clients to resolve debt recovery issues through effective communication and negotiation.
- Conduct telecalling sessions with customers to collect outstanding payments and provide solutions for payment plans.
- Analyze customer credit reports to identify potential risks and develop strategies for improving collections processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement recent collection methods and improve overall efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in real estate industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of collections process, including debt recovery techniques and regulations.
- Excellent voice quality with ability to communicate effectively over phone calls.
