Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

10-14 years of experience working with IBM Maximo, including hands-on configuration and implementation. Experience in ACM, Facility, BIM is preferred

Proficiency in Maximo modules such as Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory Management, and others. Knowledge of Maximo customization tools and integration techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Maximo 8 or 9 certifications are preferred.

Experience with Maximo version upgrades and migrations. Cloud knowledge is highly preferred

Metro experience with ACM configuration is additonal advantages

Experience in project management and client relationship management.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maximo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IBM Maximo/Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and possess solid functional knowledge of its modules and capabilities. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure Maximo to meet their needs,



and provide expert guidance on best practices.

Work with clients to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Maximo.

Configure MAS 8.x or 9.x applications, including Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory Management, and others as needed. Customize Maximo to align with client processes and requirements.

Lead the implementation of Maximo/MAS solutions, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

Develop and execute test plans to ensure Maximo configurations meet client needs. Identify and resolve issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Create detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes. Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of Maximo solutions.

Stay up to date with Maximo/MAS updates and industry best practices. Propose improvements and optimizations to enhance system performance and functionality.
