- Systems Integration & APIs - Build and maintain experience APIs, webhooks, connectors, and integration layers connecting Leena AI with ServiceNow, Workday, Active Directory, Jira, O365/Teams, Identity, and other enterprise systems to enable end-to-end automated resolutions
- MCP & A2A Enablement - Collaborate with MCP Integration Engineers to expose enterprise capabilities as MCP-compliant servers; support Agent-to-Agent orchestration patterns connecting Leena AI agents with ServiceNow, Workday, and other platform automations
- Security, Compliance & Observability - Apply least-privilege, secrets management, logging/metrics/traceability; support audits and change control
- Performance & Reliability - Monitor latency, success/containment rates of actions, error budgets; tune prompts, retries, and fallbacks to maintain a CSAT of 85% and target deflection rates
