Job Title: Associate - NACH Settlement & Reconciliation

Education: BE/B-Tech preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Support settlement and reconciliation activities for NACH & CTS products with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in monitoring transactions, preparing MIS reports, and analyzing operational data.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with technology teams for issue resolution and system support.
- Provide operational support to member banks and assist in onboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, NPCI regulations, and internal SOPs.
- Maintain working knowledge of NPCI products such as IMPS and AePS.
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Understanding of NACH, CTS, IMPS, AePS, and NPCI payment ecosystem operations.
- Knowledge of RBI regulations, NPCI guidelines, and operational risk & compliance controls.
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, data analysis, and dashboard preparation.
- Awareness of process automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled operational tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities with a technology-oriented mindset.
- Ability to collaborate with technology teams for issue resolution, system enhancements, and operational support.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills in a rapid-paced digital payments environment.
