Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Project Manager with a strong background in the Healthcare domain to lead Oracle implementation, integration, migration, and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing end-to-end technical project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle technical projects from planning through implementation and post-production support.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate technical teams, solution architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
- Drive Oracle implementation, integration, migration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Conduct project governance meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Manage project documentation, RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and delivery plans.
- Support issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

- 7–15 years of IT experience with at least 7 years in Technical Project Management.
- Strong experience managing Oracle technology projects.




- Experience in Oracle implementation, integration, migration, upgrade, or support projects.
- Strong understanding of Oracle technologies, enterprise applications, and system architecture.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Robust stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience using Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Mandatory Domain Experience

- Healthcare domain experience is mandatory.
- Experience delivering healthcare IT projects involving hospital systems, EMR/EHR applications, healthcare applications, clinical systems, healthcare integration, or digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred Skills

- Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Oracle EBS.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Oracle Database.
- Data Migration and System Integration.
- Cloud platforms (OCI, Azure, or AWS).
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL certification.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
