Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in technical support or related field.
- Strong understanding of SQL concepts for querying databases.
- Proficiency in creating reports using Excel for data analysis.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

- T-SQL experience

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and relationship building skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to interpret business workflows and relate them to technical processes.

- 1 year production support / development experience preferred

- Enjoy working in a small team environment

- Ability to read and write easy C#, .NET and VBA code is a plus

- Powershell experience is a plus

- Ability to be onCall on evenings and weekends required (once every 4-6 weeks)

- Basic understanding of networks, infrastructure and wan computer environments

- Ability to be organized and decisive while under pressure, when managing urgent and critical production issues when they occur

- Logical approach, critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to identify the root cause(s) of a problem

- Demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail
