Job Responsibilities:

1. Execution of Equipment/Instrument Calibration and verification of certificates.
2. Execution of Equipment/Instrument validations and qualifications.
3. Instrumentation and qualification certificates documentation works.
4. Process and utility Electronic instruments Maintenance works.
5. All type Equipment and instruments preventive/Breakdown maintenance works.
6. Vendor co ordinations (Calibration and maintenance related works)
7. Involvement in current Equipment and Instruments Commissioning works.
8. Instrumentation related documentation works.
9.



Taking care of Door interlocking system.
10. Taking care of Equipment/Instrument AMCs like Stability chambers, incubator, deep freezers etc.
11. Maintain the critical spares.
12. Participation of internal and external Audits.
13. Preparation of SOP’s, OI’s and AMCC.
14. Execution and Document preparation of Temp and RH Mapping of Hold areas, Warehouse, Stability chambers, cold cabinets etc.
15. Verification of Equipment Alarm and Qualifications.
