Roles & Responsibilities





- Review operative notes and medical records accurately.
- Assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes as per coding guidelines.
- Ensure accurate documentation and coding compliance.
- Maintain coding quality and productivity targets.
- Resolve coding-related queries with internal stakeholders.
- Follow payer-specific and organizational coding guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

- CPC, CCS, CIC, or COC Certification (Mandatory)
- Valuable communication skills
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
