We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer Interiors Execution to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior execution, site management, and quality control to ensure timely and effective project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Oversee interior execution activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines.
- Site Supervision: Monitor day-to-day site activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure work is completed as per plan.
- Quality Control: Ensure quality standards are maintained in materials and workmanship.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and labor.
- Project Scheduling: Prepare and track project timelines, report progress, and address delays.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure safety regulations and project compliance are followed.
- Client Interaction: Coordinate with clients, architects, and designers to address concerns and ensure smooth execution.
- Reporting: Maintain project reports, documentation, and updates for management review.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in interior fit-out projects (residential/commercial).
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
