Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in SQL, Python, ETL pipeline development, Power BI, data modeling, and advanced analytics. The role involves transforming complex business data into meaningful insights, developing scalable data solutions, automating reporting processes, and supporting business decision-making across multiple functions.

The successful candidate should possess hands-on experience in data engineering, business intelligence, machine learning fundamentals, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to lead analytics initiatives and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Build and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects for high-performance analytics.
- Develop automated data processing solutions using Python.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical analysis, and predictive analytics to generate business insights.
- Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and analytical datasets.
- Design and implement customer segmentation, risk scoring, forecasting, and fraud detection models.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.
- Monitor data quality, validate datasets, and ensure data accuracy across reporting systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to deliver analytics solutions.




- Automate recurring reports and improve operational efficiency through workflow optimization.
- Support machine learning initiatives through feature engineering and data preparation.
- Develop KPI dashboards and executive reports for business performance monitoring.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in analytics and data governance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced Queries, Performance Optimization)
- Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Expertise in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query
- Experience with ETL Pipeline Development
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing and Data Modeling
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration
- Experience in Data Validation, Data Cleansing, and Data Quality
- Strong understanding of Statistics, Hypothesis Testing, and Exploratory Data Analysis
- Experience with Machine Learning fundamentals
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
