Role & responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and platform engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to high-quality standards.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure team alignment and project progress.
- Define project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, actively tracking and managing risks, issues, and blockers.
- Maintain accurate and well-structured Jira boards, overseeing the estimation, prioritization, and status tracking of epics, stories, and tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to track inter-team dependencies and drive alignment across teams.
- Prepare weekly leadership updates and maintain RAID logs, proactively communicating project status, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Monitor sprint health and maintain dashboards to enforce Jira hygiene and Agile best practices, continuously improving delivery predictability and team efficiency.




- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, document outcomes, and ensure explicit communication and documentation of project goals and progress.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in program management, project management, or roles such as Scrum Master or PMO, specifically within the semiconductor industry.
- Proven experience in managing Agile projects and facilitating sprint ceremonies effectively.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
