Key Requirements
12+ years of experience in operations/business leadership
Solid expertise in digital farmer connect & campaign execution
Proven experience in dealer & distribution management
Background in agrochemicals industry (pesticides, fertilizers, seeds)
Strong understanding of agri-input market dynamics and channel ecosystem
Age Preference: 40+ years
