We are looking for a Data QA Engineer with strong experience in validating large-scale data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SQL, Python, and modern cloud data platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- 6+ years of experience in Data Quality Assurance / ETL Testing
- Strong SQL skills for complex data validation and analysis
- Hands-on experience with Python for test automation and data validation
- Experience testing ETL/ELT pipelines
- Good knowledge of Databricks and DBT
- Experience validating data transformations and data integrity
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
- Experience with API and file-based data validation
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, Jira, and Git
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Required skills & Qualification
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience in dbt
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Preferred Skills
- Strong expertise in SQL for data validation and reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with Python automation
- Experience with ETL/ELT testing and data pipeline validation
- Valuable knowledge of Databricks and Amazon Redshift
