- Property & Title Verification Conduct legal scrutiny of property documents, title chain, and ownership records to ensure transparent and marketable title.
- Legal Due Diligence & Loan Support Provide legal opinions for home loan/LAP proposals and support credit/business teams in pre-disbursement decision-making.
- Project & APF Approval – Review legal reports for builder projects, manage APF-related documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Risk & Compliance Management – Identify legal risks in collateral/property transactions and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal legal guidelines.
- Stakeholder Coordination & MIS – Coordinate with panel advocates, business teams, credit, and operations while maintaining legal MIS, case tracking, and timely reporting.
