What role will you play

In this role, you will be part of a global technology team supporting Macquarie s device ecosystem, including desktops, iPhones/iPads, application packaging, printing, and mobile data capture and surveillance. You will lead the technical delivery of key initiatives such as MFA, managed Apple ID migration, mobile device profile configuration, and enhancements to Workspace ONE and Intune environments, contributing to the group s global device strategy. You will also act as a Level 2/3 escalation point, troubleshooting MDM and network issues while ensuring the stability and effectiveness of mobile data capture and surveillance platforms.

What you offer

- Solid experience with Mobile Device Management platforms, particularly Workspace ONE (Omnissa) and Microsoft Intune
- Proven experience in MDM migrations,



especially between Workspace ONE and Intune
- Expertise in design, deployment, and management of iOS and Android environments
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Azure, Entra ID, Exchange, and Active Directory
- Proficiency in documentation and tooling (e.g., Confluence, JIRA), with additional exposure to PowerShell, APIs, Netskope, and Managed Apple IDs considered advantageous
