1 )Responsible for editing content related to success stories, designtrends, templates etc. ( approx. 200 1000 words)
2)Responsibleto edit the complete article or post including making
necessarychanges, deletion of unnecessary content or re writing
sentences
3) Responsible for Creative Title Writing
4)Ensure optimum feedback and learning is passed on to new writers tomake them proficient quickly.
5)To ensure that Web content meetsthe needs and interests of website visitors
6) Constantinteraction with Inhouse Publishers, International Writers Social Marketers.
7)Be creative and provide value add suggestionsto the Team Leader/manager to improve quality and output. Qualifications

Primary Skills :
1) Contenteditors must haveexcellent writing and editing skills, with an
understanding ofthe special requirements of writing for the Web, such
as the useof keywords, hyperlinks, navigation .

2) Theymust have a good eye for detail, with excellent spelling, grammar punctuation
skills.

3) Editorsmust have good skills to work effectively and they need
goodorganizational skills to collate material from multiple sourcesand




produce web content within challenging deadlines.

Secondary Skills:
Exposure to social media

Qualification:
1) Bachelors or Master s degree in masscommunication/English or any Graduate with rich experience in
contentediting
2) 3 to 5 years of Writing Editingexperience
3) Background digital online publishing
4)Proficiency in MS Office suite of products
5) Strong writtencommunication skills and a solid command of the English language
6)Familiarity with publishing software

Other Required Skills:
Proficiencyin English, a veryhigh standard of both spoken and excellent written
English,including valuable spelling grammar.

Must be interested in Motivational, Inspiring Innovativecontent.
