JOB DESCRIPTION

Operating Workplace, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships
System Migration: Oversee the relocation of card management systems, ensure data integrity and
security, conduct testing and validation.
Integration and Dependency Management: Assess dependencies, develop integration plans.
Operational Transition: Manage the transition of responsibilities, facilitate training.
Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, transition compliance
monitoring.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans.
Change Management: Communicate changes, manage expectations.
Incident Management: Develop incident management framework, establish reporting protocols.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Industry: Banking/Fintech
Education: Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.




Certifications in PMP, CISA, CISSP, ISO 22301, or CRISC are highly desirable.
8 to 9 years in GRC, risk management, compliance, or related fields.
Mandatory skills
Card Management Systems: Prime, Postilion, TMS, HSMs
System Migration and Integration
Regulatory Knowledge: PCI-DSS, GDPR, AML, KYC
Communication and Stakeholder Management
Certifications: PMP, CISA, CISSP, ISO 22301, CRISC

Experience in Banking/Fintech Industries
