Job Title: Solution Architect

Location: Remote

Job Purpose: We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong experience in Core Banking (FlexCube) and Payments Platform Integration. The Solution Architect will design end-to-end solution architectures for banking applications, ensuring alignment with business goals, enterprise architecture standards, and technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design scalable and modular solution architectures for Core Banking (FlexCube) and Payments platforms.

- Evaluate and recommend architecture patterns, tools, and platforms.

- Create architecture artifacts such as blueprints, data flow diagrams, and integration designs.

- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements like performance, security, reliability, and scalability.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD practices.

- Address security aspects such as data encryption, access control, and identity management.

- Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives for new technologies.

- Present architecture proposals to governance boards and stakeholders.

- Identify architectural risks and define mitigation strategies.

- Maintain an architecture decision log for traceability.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,



or related discipline.

- Certifications in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience:

- Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech.

- Prior experience in large-scale banking transformation or modernization programs.

Required Skills Experience:

- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect.

- Proven experience in Core Banking (FlexCube) and Payments Platform Integration.

- Solid understanding of banking processes and compliance requirements.

- Hands-on experience with integration tools (e.g., IBM Integration Bus, IBM API Gateway) and messaging platforms (Kafka, MQ).

- Experience with security protocols and data protection standards (OAuth2, TLS, PKI, DLP).

- Cloud architecture experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP) with hybrid integration knowledge.

- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or BIAN.
