Job Title: Sales Manager IT Services Staff Augmentation

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to lead our business development initiatives across IT projects and staff augmentation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, proven success in building client relationships, and a deep understanding of the MENA region market.
This role requires someone who is open to travel, highly driven, and capable of independently managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT projects and staff augmentation
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, especially within the MENA region
- Develop go-to-market strategies and sales plans to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, recruitment, and leadership) to align solutions with client needs
- Travel as required to meet clients, attend business meetings,
and represent the company in relevant forums
- Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts
- Track market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to stay competitive
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT sales/business development, with a focus on services and staffing
- Prior exposure to the MENA region market is mandatory
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions, outsourcing models, and resource engagement strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
