Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, high-performance technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in application architecture, integration, and API design, with a strong background in financial services technology. This role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams to drive architectural decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performing technical solutions.
- Design end-to-end solutions covering applications, infrastructure, data, and integration points.
- Develop architectural blueprints, high-level designs, and technical specifications to guide development teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments, recommending the most suitable solutions.
- Champion API and microservices adoption, ensuring seamless integration between internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with cross-border and local teams to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, providing alternative solutions when needed.
- Work closely with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of solutions.




- Participate in architecture reviews, governance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills:

- Solid expertise in Application Architecture with hands-on experience in designing complex solutions.

Desired Skills:

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role with a successful track record in solution design and delivery.
- Expertise in software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Integration API Architecture: Proficiency in JSON, REST, SOAP, XML, Microsoft and Java Technologies, layered architecture, and MVC.
- Strong understanding of solution design methodologies such as Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Experience in driving API and microservices adoption within large enterprises, particularly in banking and finance.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to assess complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/DevOps development methodologies, including CI/CD processes.
