The candidate should have robust expertise in HRSD modules, JavaScript scripting, integrations, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics, and must possess CSA, CAD/CDA, and CIS-HR certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications
- Develop workflows, scripts, integrations, and automations
- Perform code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues
- Build reports, dashboards, and notifications
- Collaborate with product owners and Agile teams
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices

- CSA (Certified System Administrator) Mandatory
- CAD/CDA (Certified Application Developer) Mandatory
- CIS-HR (Certified Implementation Specialist – HR) – Mandatory
