Role & responsibilities

Deliver classroom and online training sessions on Medical Coding concepts.

Train students on Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Terminology, ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines.

Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assessments, and study materials.

Conduct regular evaluations, mock tests, and doubt-clearing sessions.

Monitor student progress and provide individual guidance to improve performance.

Keep training content updated with the latest coding guidelines and industry trends.

Support students in certification preparation and interview readiness.

Maintain attendance records, training reports, and performance trackers.

Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to ensure successful student outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Degree (Life Science graduates preferred) Certification Mandatory ( CPC,CIC & CCS)
